The constant trade-wind which blows from December to July, the 28° C water temperature, the configuration of the lagoon are as many assets which make the Guadeloupe and in particular of Saint François a privileged spot for the kite surfing practicee.

Your kite-surfing monitors
Philippe and François all the two certified monitors for kite surfing , created their kite-surfing school : Action Kite Caraïbes and propose in partnership with SunSet Surf Camp improvement and introductory courses in this discipline.
Your kite surfing courses
Located on the central beach of Saint Francois, 15 minutes walking distance from the lodge, the kitesurfing school proposes programs for all :
Training courses for beginners :
You are beginner, after 1 or 2 courses in not much water to allow you to discover the handling of the wing, your departures will be carried out in zodiac to sail without risk to the sea for practice.
Advanced training courses :
For non beginners your advanced courses will be held behind the reef, with the two 5 meters semi-rigid zodiac powered by 60 HP engine. Your courses will last 3 hours, starting from 9h00 AM in the morning and at 14h00 in the afternoon.
If you are a confirmed kite surfer, wishing to benefit from the set- up it’s possible to get an agreement with Philippe or François to have a place on the boat with the trainees.
Philippe and François propose you also various formulas for hiring materials.
Note : for skilled kite-surfer, don’t forget to get your license for being on the trainees boat ; You can get the licence at the WEB site of French Sailing Federation.
Get also of a medical certificate authorizing this sport practice.
